Returns and Cancellation Policy
In rare circumstances where our customers need to return/replace our products, your money is safe with us and our policy is as under:
- Please inform us at our contact details via mail/call/whatsapp within 24 hours of receiving the product (s).
- Please ensure that all products are returned in original packing with price tags, labels and invoice retained. Items that are damaged, altered and/or tags removed by the customer, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Customers are requested to take a video at the time of opening of the box to ensure there is/are no discrepancies with respect to contents of the parcel sent including our products and box (s).
- Opening video of the parcel, from the time the outer tamper proof plastic cover (containing shipping details) is cut by the customer, is mandatory to consider and process return requests from customers.
- In few cases, it has been noticed that the velvet box sent with the products are not returned by the customers. Please note that there will be a deduction of INR300 for big and INR200 for the smaller velvet box, in case the box (s) are not returned to us.
- Refunds/replacement shall be processed on quality check of the returned product (s) to the bank account of the customer.

- Subsequent to this, the package will be picked up by our courier partner, at no extra cost to you, within 3-5 business days.
- The return policy is only applicable for one order per customer. Post return of the first order, only exchange of the product is possible and the customer will be required to send the product at our above mentioned address with the tags and original packaging.
- We aim to process actions on all returns within 3 working days of receiving the products.
- All the payments (whether collected through cash on delivery or prepaid orders) are credited in our current account. Therefore, the refunds can only be issued through direct account transfer of the customer. We are unable to return the money through cash, paytm, google pay etc.
- It generally take between 7-15 days for the product (s) to reach us. In case of a delay, we intend to refund the money, if the products do not reach us within 3 weeks (21 days) of the pick up.
