Shipping Policy

  1. We take great care in delivering our beautiful products to our customers and offer a free shipping policy on all our products within India.
  2. International shipping is chargeable to customers at the actual as per prevailing rates. Couriers are sent through reputed courier service providers like UPS, FedEx etc. Customers are required to track the shipment through the tracking details shared by us and inform us when the parcel has been delivered, or in case they face any challenge.
  3. We try to ensure that all are products are shipped within 3 working days and intend to keep our customers informed at various stages of delivery through emails/calls/whatsapp etc.
  4. In unlikely event of small quality issues noticed at the time of shipping, some orders may require cancellation at our discretion, to ensure our customers get best quality products at all times. However, customers will be informed for such issues.
  5. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes, etc.
  6. Address changes can be accepted only if order has not been shipped and can be possible only if the new location is within the same state
